Super Quick Bircher Muesli

This is an awesome healthy replacement to cereal or toast at breakfast and also a great little snack. It’s so easy to make, and can be made the night before for a quick breakfast. Full of protein, fat and nutrients.

The Method

Grate one apple into a bowl.

Add a handful of oats.

Add 2-3 tbsp of full fat Greek yoghurt like ‘FAGE TOTAL’ or a natural live yoghurt.

Mix the lot up

Add some nuts of your choice to the top like almonds or brazils and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Much better than cornflakes!
